She used to wait and watch for me to come home on a bed in the back bedroom. She looked so happy popping up through the window as soon as the garage door opened. She used to run to the door and bring me a toy then, so happy to see me. Her ears would bounce up and down on our walks and we loved our long walks. She always picked the route. We sat on the floor together to watch TV. Once at a dog park She was digging a whole so deep and when her head popped out it was full of muddy water and she was so so happy. She laid next to me every night on her side of the bed and with her pillow. I used to pet her till I fell asleep. I love how she made me feel safe and loved. We were a family.And she loved to lick people. She loved the grandkids and she let them dress her up and love on her. She was just such a sweet soul and a light of life.
