Your mother showed up at our door and eventually had you and your 6 siblings. Everyone else took to weaning and eating, but you didn't get it and needed one-on-one encouragement before getting it. Then when we moved you loved to drop the easter grass from upstairs and race it down the stairs.
Forgive me for not keeping the food bowl topped off 24/7, you were the voice for an empty bowl.
I miss you rolling over for belly rubs.
I knew you were a fighter from the beginning, and you were.
May there be plenty of shoes for you to lie on.
