Taz was a little kitty who visited me from the neighbors house, and won my heart. She was so sweet and gentle, no one ever disliked her. Although she wasn't really "my" kitty, even my neighbors would say "she loves you" and would tell me she waits on my porch every day for me to come home from work. You might think, since she wasn't truly mine, there would be no reason to create a spot here for her. But, she was just such a good friend to me, staying with me when I was in the yard, greeting me when I returned from a long day at work, or just being a sight for sore eyes. When I saw her, heard her meows and purrs, it melted the day away. It reminded me of what's important in life. She gave me so much, I want to give her memory the honor it deserves. I got to spoil her a little with the food I gave her, but it was like she wanted to be with me as much as I with her. It's not like her home was mean to her or anything, but although it's hard to believe, we just liked hanging out together. I lost her just yesterday, November 16th, 2009. I will truly miss her always. I count myself as really lucky to have such a beautiful, kind soulmate as Taz in my life, just wanted more time with her. Thank you for reading her story! God Bless You and your little fur angels. Jackie |
