Welcome to Tigger's Rainbow Bridge Memorial Residency
Memories of Tigger
Tigger, You have been with us for 16 wonderful years. Having you put to sleep was the most difficult decision we have ever had to make. Things I miss: Coming home and having you there asking where we were. Timing to see how quick you would come down when someone sat on the red chair. You could never pass up a chance to sit on someone when they sat on the recliner. When it started to get warmer you would always sit at the porch door until someone opened it. You loved the porch, going from chair to chair and walking around the perimeter to make sure everything was OK with you kingdom. Our daily "pets and bites" in the morning. You would always go downstairs for Donna to feed you but be waiting on the bed for me when I came out of the shower. It would start out as pets and always and up with wrestling. Having you show me your tummy, daring me to rub it, then grabbing me when I did. When I would come out of the bathroom in the middle of the night you would meet me at the edge of the bed and walk back with me as I got into bed. Then you would curl up with me so I could pet you as I fell asleep. I think I especially miss how you would come downstairs if I was staying up late and sit by the door looking at me until I started to go upstairs. Then you would race up the stairs and jump on the bed to greet me as I came in. I only hope we made you as happy as you have made us all these years. Based on your hook tail always in the air I think we did. Brian, Donna, Jennifer and Kristina.
