Memories of Veda

Veda you were our baby girl who brought a smile to everyone you ever came in contact with. We miss you terribly and would give anything to hear that loud bark of yours or see you chase lizards on the back porch or catch you in the cat box or have you cuddle with us in bed or sit in my office and watch me work or how you would go crazy when mommy would come in with freshly dried clothes or hear you howl when you knew you were going for a car ride. You were a true princess and you knew it too with that little trot of yours. You were also our best friend. You had a presence like no other dog or human for that matter. There will never be another dog like you Veda. We love you miss you and will see you on rainbow bridge someday.

Veda, it has been almost 4 weeks since you left me and Dana and we miss you terribly. the house is not the same. We miss your bark, your curious stares while we were cooking in the kitchen. i miss you laying in my lap every nite after work and watching tv together and having our nightly chat. Veda we had some great talks and i have no doubt you understood everything i was saying. Dana misses her weekend nap partner and her vacuum chaser. I miss watching you go in the toy box and pull out the big dog toys and than like the tough little girl you are challenge them to take it away from you. i would give my life to spend another week with you Veda. you were so loved by mom and daddy and brought us great joy every day and nite. right now we feel empty without you. you were our princess and you will never ever be forgotten. We love you baby girl and so can't wait to see you again. Im bringing your favorite elephant toy when i come too. Be good on the rainbow bridge and don't worry if there are no pee pads. do what you do best and go where you want. Love you Veda
