I remember Yodi's beautiful long tail that stood straight up when he walked-how he purred like a freight train whenever I gave him food even before he ate it or when he came onto my lap to be brushed or when he laid on my chest when I slept and pressed his soft warm furry cheek against mine. How he would cuddle up to the radiator, how he understood every word I said ,how sometimes he would gaze into my eyes with such love and I could see his soul, how he loved the HU chant, how bravely he dealt with his terrible illness and how he managed to drink water, go to the litter box and walk up until the very last moment when he passed peacefully away..
