We will custom engrave your choice of name plate with your pets name, date of birth, and date of passing, either with the month/day/years or years only. They come in two sizes. The 1 inch x 3 inch for small urns, and 1 ½ inch x 4 inch for large urns. For extra large urns the 5 inch x 2 1/4 inch nameplate is perfect. The plates have notched corners and permanent adhesive backing. They are available in brass, black, or a marble-tone that shows the lettering in brass. They are available in black, dark blue, dark green, or dark red.
