September 7, 2010 will remain in my heart and memory forever. My best
friend and companion Danny went to live at Rainbow Bridge. I still see Danny's brown eyes looking at me before he fell asleep for the
final time. I held him close to my heart and said good-bye as tears
rolled down my cheeks. I now have Danny close to my bed and say good
night to him. Someone told me that when you see a penny on the side
walk or any where to take it home and save it because it is from an
angel from heaven. That angel is Danny and I now have a collection of
pennies next to his case with his name on it. When I find a penny or
some kind of coin I look up to the skies and say thanks Danny for
making Daddy happy and to let me know you are thinking about me like
I am of you. When I am called home everything that belongs to Danny
will go with me. I am now waiting to be called home so Danny and I
can be together forever. So until I see you at the gates of Rainbow
Bridge. Daddy says hi and hopes you are having fun with all of your
new friends. I will always love you and remember when you left you
took a part of Daddy's heart with you. LOVE Daddy
