My dog's name
by Amanda Schaefer
When I first got my beautiful little boy, his name was Leo. He was a pretty smart little guy, so I was determined to teach him to say his name. He had other plans. Every time I would say, "what's your name, Leo?" He'd say, "Grr." He said it enough until I told him, "Grr it is, then!" Whenever he would play with his rope toys, he'd growl, and whenever I asked what his name was, he'd do it, too. He'd start running around our house like a dog possessed, and we'd always say he had mad Grr disease. :) He was such a silly guy, and he lived up to his name right up until the end. He was such a special guy! I will always miss him, and never forget him.
