I saw little angel pawprints
Outside in the early morning dew;
Fading off into the distance
And Cajun, I know it was you.
You left an emptiness in my heart
When you left our home,
But I know you won't ever be far,
You'll have the whole rainbow to roam.
Growing older with dignity and grace;
So beautiful, smart and wise.
I'll never forget your loving little face
And your pretty, sweet brown eyes.
Now, little Cajun, your legs are strong and your eyes can see;
Go run, go play, and go fetch!!
When you see me standing on the Rainbow Bridge,
I'll throw you my heart - Cajun catch!
In loving memory of a sweet
Little Boston Terrier named
Sassy's Cajun Booger,
Who I was lucky enough to
Be her human mom.
It's been a whole year now, baby girl, and I still miss you today as much as I did when you first went away. Thanks for being my guardian angel. I love you!
