Spike and Bazel were my very best friends, my two boston terrier babies. We rescued them both, Spike at 6 months and Bazel at 4 years old. We did not rescue Bazel until Spike was 4, so they were 4 years old together. They became the best of friends and my very best friends. I rescued them, but in more ways they rescued me. They both helped me through some very hard times and they were both so faithful and were always by my side. We had to put Spike to sleep on August 2, 2005 (7 yrs old)would have been 8 in November and shortly there after on Jan 15, 2006, Bazel at 8 1/2 years old had to be put to sleep. Bazel missed Spike too much and tried to hang on, but I had to let him go as well. They were two of the very best babies anyone could ask for and I feel so blessed that they were a part of my life. Their loss is a cross for me that I will have to bear because we were such an inseperable pair. You have both given me a lifetime of memories to hold. I will love you both forever and look forward to the day that you both will ready to greet me again.
