Copper came to us from another home who couldn't keep him. He had had a hard life from coming from the pound with a tummy full of worms to fighting a disease that took his brothers and sisters lives. This little friend became my buddy, confidante, protector. He would herd me to bed when he decided he was tired even if I wasn't. He would just stand ther until got his point across. If that din't work he would softly bark at me. I love you my little buddy and I will never forget you. See you at Rainbow Bridge. I will never forget you. Now you are at peace and don't hurt anymore.
