i cant exactly remember when we got him but, Simba was very important to us. He was about 12 and a half when he died. He was pretty old but it seemed he would never die. I just got a call from my step sister and she said he had died. it was a shock but we know it was coming soon. he started getting slower more tired and could barely walk up the stairs. he was a good lil pup and would never hurt anyone. he was afraid of water and cats but other than that he lived out his life having fun. Sometimes it was like he was a human who just happened to sleep on the floor and eat pig ears. And even though i know it would have been sad i wish i was there when he had died so at least i could have seen him before he left. I...no i bet all of us... wish we could have at least 1 more year with him. Its so hard to except it and let him go. We love you Simmy and miss you always. Be a good dog. We'll see you when we get there!
Love,
Bethanie (age 12), Jen (age 17), Steve (age 12), Sheila (age 49), Shawn ( age 30- something), and everyone else
