My mom says I've always been an Angel
way before I was even born
I never knew that I was an Angel without
any wings to adorn

I tried to live my life like an Angel
I've loved all my family dear
I couldn't have asked for a better
loving earthly family here.

My little brother Oliver and I
loved to play all day
But when I got grey and tired
I had to put my toys away.

I never wanted for anything
My parents gave me all
it was reward for being good
and kind and with Oliver having a ball.

My mom and dad both loved me
and I never hurt a soul
I wish I could have lived forever
playing the princess role.

But now I live with the real Angels
and am an Angel in more than my name
My wings sprouted that morning
when to the Rainbow Bridge I came.

So don't cry mommy and daddy
I really like it here
and please know I am not alone
because Mindy has appeared!

We're playing and catching up
on all that we have missed
And of all things, my favorite you know
Mindy sends you a kiss!
