Hooks paid a price for greedy breeders
by Beverly Burns.........................................
This is for a 2 yr. & 3month old Jack Russell named Hooks. Breeders who are responsible and truly dedicated to breed dogs that will be the ones that live long happpy healthy life; we thank you. For those who only see another litter as "money"; you should have to pay the price the offsprings from overbreeding do. Those dogs eneter this world,go to a family that can afford your fee,as the dogs mature they start showing signs of not being themselves,we take them to the Vet. and find that our best efforts and our hard earned money could not make our Hooks o.k. . Hooks is a great dog, when he wasn't out of balance, then he began to be in pain and we as his family found out that it's not 1 thing,it's several ,that will escalate, degenerate. Today I sent a much loved little dog named Hooks to rainbow bridge, there are others there waiting His breed can live up to 15yrs. He was pretty, smart, part of the "pac". He would play with the other dogs as if he were a Big Shepherd or Lab. and they enjoyed each other, took care of each other, they took care of us when we might be under the weather or sad. Our family comes from a long line of caring and helping professions and Hooks fit right in. Our other 2 are roaming the house in search of him and now they are looking for comfort. They knew instinctivly that Hooks was not himself and he was getting worse, their instincts tell them he's gone, they smell the Vet on me,but no sign of Hooks. Dogs greif in no uncertain terms, you know the "howl" of their loss just as they know the tears on your face. Hooks was funny dog and a smart dog, he just wasn't able to handle all the "breed faults and health problems". We love him, there's room at Rainbow Bridge and no pain nor sickness. He will be in good health. Everybody will miss you Hooks, play in freedom without pain or fear,be at peace. XOXOXOXOslurps, slurps, slurps, from your pac mates and human family; your Daddy, "Mamaw" & "Papaw"
