Born blind, deaf, and helpless,
You were the one that stood out from the rest.
Even though it wasn't fair,
I favorited you out of the pair.
I watched you grow,
You and your brother, Lotto.
Cute, furry little things,
With minds of your own.
Then came the that day,
That I knew our good-byes were near.
You were in pain.
You suffered.
I couldn't watch, you were my child.
You finally calmed down,
and stopped shaking and breathing.
I took you in my arms,
And I told you good-bye for now,
For we would see each other again.
Some said you were dirty.
Others were scared of you,
And called you vermin.
You were, and still are, my furbaby.
They didn't understand what you did,
And still mean to me.
They were clueless.
I must say good-bye,
Just for a while.
We will soon be together in a bit,
