Remington was such a good loving dog,
Our hearts and minds are still in a fog.
We will always remember him,
maybe someday we wont be so grim.

As it is right now, saying goodbye was not easy
Putting him to sleep still makes me queasy.
I know he is not in pain anymore
But I would still like to be able to hear him snore.

Rem wasn't just any dog, he was like our child
He always did things that made us smile.
We will miss him so much,
we cant wait again for his special touch.

Someday when we get to see him again
We will all be really happy then.
So goodbye to you my sweet Rem,
We will hopefully see you then.
