I am writing this story because we just had to let go of our beloved family dog, Denver. Our son rescued him from an abusive home when he was just a pup. We had him for thirteen years. Denver was a beautiful Golden Retriever. Loved to run, and play tug of war. Everywhere our son or my husband would go there he was. A true protector. Although it was hard for me to have a pet indoors and I did complain alot. I knew how much my family loved their Denver. Denver, I will miss you, too. There will never be another like you. So very faithful and loving. We all Miss you! Love, Your family.
