Jasmine was the most awsome puppy in the world.She did so many funny things like when it was wet from raining outside we took her to the back yard to go tinkle and her paws got wet and we had wooden floors and she slid across the floor to the other side of the room.When some of my friends would come over she would bark at them and we would tell her to shut-up and she would just bark more it was so cute.When she would bite people we would hit her softly on her nose and she would look at the people who hit her nose and give them "puppy dog eyes" it made us feel bad so we would pet her. Those are just some of the cute and funny things she did. Jasmine belonged to my brother Joseph.He took really good care of her she was a very good and healthy puppy. We got her from the Austin Humaine Society. We loved her dearly.Then we lost her on November 28,2007.She got hit by a car in front of our house.She escaped the house when my mom's boyfriend went outside to put the Christmas lights up (he didnt even notice, so i dont blame it on him) and he didn't know what happend until he herd what sounded like someone running over a trashcan but with a sort of scream at the end.He looked up quikly and saw her running down the street.Andre and my other brother Jacob ran after her and picked her up and took her home.My mom was pulling up in the drive getting home from work and Joseph was yelling and crying about Jasmine getting hit by a car and my mom told him to stop yelling and calm down.My mom could not believe what happend.They all went inside and Jacob came banging on my room door and said ,"Jasmine got hit by a car" i couldn't believe what had happend so i ran downstairs and saw Joseph holding jasmine in his arms i said,"where are yall going?" and my mom, Heather said,"we are going to take her to the vet" so i said, "okay" and they left. I didnt fit in the car with them because jasmine was in the back seat with Jacob and Joseph was in the front seat and my mom was driving. After a while i called my mom and asked if Jasmine was okay and she told me no.I said what happend and she said,"she didnt make it".I started to cry and i couldnt stop.My brothers were crying to.We had lost our four legged family member.
