Cerebral was this Schnauzer
Wise beyond his doggie years
There was always so much going on
Between his floppy ears
Kristina was his "Sissy"
And he loved his Sissy so
She taught Wally lots of tricks
And they put on quite a show
Wally cried out with excitement
Every time that Sissy came
And he would be beside himself
At just the mention of Kurtis' name
So full of joy was that Wally Boy
And though he only had a nub for a tail
He would wag it away and his rear end would sway
When Sissy said "Lets get the mail"
His birth certificate read "Miniature Schnauzer"
But Wally could convince you otherwise
If you were in need of protection
He'd lose his affection
And reflect a Pit Bull in strength and size
Needless to say
Wally always found a way
Straight to your very heart
And there is where he will forever sit and stay
Never to depart
The Bible says that God Has made
Everything beautiful in its time
And for every thing a time and season here on earth
A time for laughing a time for crying
A time for mourning a time for dying
A time for healing a time for birth
So goodbye Wally Boy
Go and fetch the great hereafter
Run and breath with ease
And catch a cool breeze on your face
Lie down Wally Boy
Romp and roll in God's green pasture
Basking in the beauty of your final resting place

P.S.
I know that the Bible doesn't really say
Where our beloved pets go when they pass away
Our hope however is written in God's Word
Where the Bible says that eye has not seen
Nor has ear heard
Neither in our hearts could we ever conceive
What God has prepared
For those who love Him and believe

"Eye has not seen, nor ear heard,
Nor have entered into the heart of man
The things which God has prepared for those who love Him"
1 Corinthians 2:9
