Dear God, I know I am old, can't do much
can't fetch and hurts when my aching body is
touch. "Please don't let me die here in the shelter
all alone, send me a family of my own.
I promised not to pee in the house, be kind
and patient as long as I can be, I just want someone
to love a senior chihuahua like me. I may be old, sleep
a lot and get confused, depressed, cold here I feel so blue.
I just want my own little bed, not a cold cage
sitting on a cold cement floor, hope not asking for much
I am just a shelter chihuahua who wishes for a family to
call their own to love a old senior dog like me.
