My Marty Dog passed away this afternoon. He got out and was hit by a car. He died. I touched him and talked to him as he was laying on the side of the road. His heart was still beating. I put him in the car and my neighbors drove me to the emergency animal hospital. I talked to him the whole way. He didnt make it. I carried him inside and the doctors were very nice, there wasnt anything they could do.
I always close the back door and since he does not leave my side, i never thought he'd get outside. the back door was closed, but not all the way so he was able to push it open. He proboly wanted to go see his friends. He and I went walking today. I cant believe he's gone. I miss him so much and i still look for him aroud the house.
Thank you for listening. He was such a good moy and so smart. We loved eachother very much. He brought such joy to me and I will never forget him.
