Mandy May Mckenzie

Mandy May Mckenzie

From the very first time I seen you,
I knew that you were the one,
To bring me smiles and joy,
That filled these past two years with fun.

You are my best friend,
And you will always be,
Our story will never have an end,
And I know you're waiting for me.

Thank you for making my life better,
Thank you for giving me what I thought I'd never have,
A best friend that will last forever,
By my side, We'll always be attached.

Only God knows when we'll see each other again,
But until then, I know your right here,
You've had my love, You absolutely still do,
You've see my laughter, You've licked my tears.

Walks were your favorite,
And I'm making you a promise,
When we meet again in Heaven,
Have your collar and leash beside ya'.

You're a one and only,
You've changed me in every great way,
Who says dogs can't talk?
When I understood everything you tried to say.

While you're gone,
I promise you I'll carry on,
But you'll always be in my heart,
Your face will be in every song.

I told you I loved you,
I told you it was ok to go,
You listened to me,
Now you're watching over our home.

I left you your favorite red ball,
A picture of me with a note that you saw,
Your favorite yogurt treats,
Along with a photo of us all.

If you can hear me,
Show me a sign,
I love you Mandy,
Your soul is by my side.

Do you see Joy?
Look how sad she is,
But you gave her love,
Along with a sister whos spirit still lives.

Remember how much we love you,
And how much you love us,
One day we'll all be together,
And yes Mandy, We'll go for our walk.

We love you,
And we'll see you soon,
Now go have some fun,
With Fritz, Sunny, and Mudda too.
