Trooper, iloveyou♥
by Heather .........................................
On a late Friday night, I decided to spend the night at my grandparents house. Before pulling into their driveway, I noticed my grandpa standing outside in the rain. We all got out and asked what he was doing. He said Trooper had gotten out of the fence. He wasn't sure how Trooper got out, but he surely did. It took us about 10 mintues to get him back into the fence. After he was safely in the fence we all went inside. My mom watched him from the kitchen window. Turns out, he ended up jumping the fence to get to the girl dog that was in heat. Me and my dad went back outside to get him back in the fence. And once again he jumped over it. So we all agreed to let him stay loose for the night. After about 1 hour, my parents finally went home. That night around 9:00 I went outside to check on him. We was laying on the carport, and I thought he would stay there for the rest of the night. I said goodnight to him and hugged him. That was the very last time I got to see him. The next morning I went outside looking for him. I didn't see him so I thought he'd run away. So me and my Grandpa decided to go looking for him. As we were pulling out of the driveway we saw Trooper on side of the road. My heart broke when I saw him laying there, still as a rock. So me and my Grandpa went to the Chester Co. pound so they can burry him. A police man came and picked him up and put him in his trunk. It was sad seeing him go. I said to myself; here come the tears. The bad thing is I didn't even get to say goodbye. I love you Trooper. Miss you lots. ♥♥
