Mr D. Rumpy, Rumpy Butt, Spot, Dommey, Mino, Domino, Deezer, Firedog,Sidewinder are some of my favorite nick names for you. The minute I looked in your eyes I loved you and was SO thrilled to have you as my first baby! It was a rainy day, and your dog parents owners brought you to our meeting place. I got in thier car as Brian took care of the paperwork to make it legal. You were so wild, such a licky dog, licking my face, and sitting on my lap....just like a baby! You were my baby! My first puppy! I took you home, and I remember.... you had never seen stairs before, and did not quite know what to make of them, you could not figure them out, so, we took the elevator! It didn't take you long though. Nothing did! You were such a smart, strong willed spotted fella! You gave me so many smiles, so many memories, and so much more! Now to be honest, there are times you made me shake my head at you.... the time you chewed up my entire loveseat while I was either at school or work.....that was trying, but now that I think of it, I'm glad you did it, cuz that is what made you happy at the time!!!! You were the cutest dalmation ever! You let me hold you like a baby! You would jump up into my arms even! On the couch you would get up on my lap and snuggle with me. I still have the photo with me sleeping on the couch, and you laying on my back. You cute silly dog! Oh and how funny it was when I tried to conect the dots...it made you look at me like I was out of my mind! I was not though, I just loved you. I will ALWAYS love you Dommey, for you my friend were my first child. You taught me things, as I taught you things. You loved me as I loved you. You followed me everywhere and I loved it! When people asked if I had kids, I said YES except, one of mine has spots, and the other is gray! Everyone loved you D, everyone! And now, some of them you are reunited with. I bet you are playing tug with them, or you are chewing one of those giant rawhides. Whatever you are doing, you are now at peace, you have no pain, its all gone. You have all of your pride and your dignity back, and you are still your happy spotted self! I love you Domino....always my friend!
