When I was in 3rd grade,my grandma's chihuahua Toodles head to be put to sleep. He was a very sweet chihuahua and I loved him too. When I would spend the night, every morning I would wake up to find Toodles lying on my pillow above my head,as if he were my guardian angel. He was my grandma's soul mate. She had him for many years. Then not too long after he died,Toodle sent another chihuahua named Little Bit to be with my grandma.Because he knew she needed another chihuahua in her life to love.He even walked across her bed at night a few times to make sure she was alright and doing well.He wanted to make sure she was happy and protected before he finally decided to leave her for good, until they meet again at the Rainbow Bridge someday. Not only will she get to meet up with Toodles, she will also get to meet up again with Little Bit,Kiki,Sam,Precious, and all the other dogs she had in the past. There was something just a little more special about Toodles, though,he was her soul mate.Even though he isn't with her now,he is still watching her everyday. He was a very comical little guy he hated "white shit",which is snow and he would always say "The Bridge,The Bridge",as we crossed the green bridge in our town. After he died I wrote him a little note and stuck it by his own personal afghan that he covered up with everyday. He enjoyed car rides, and when I would take him on little walks through the cememtary.Atleast for now he gets to be with Kiki,Sam,Little Bit,Precious, and my old cat Snuggles, and I know when Sassy goes someday,he will be watching over her for me and maybe he will give me a sign to let me know she is alright. He was a really great dog and he was sweet. You could tell he was a very happy dog with a great personality.People act like animals don't have personalities, but they really do,you can see it by the expressions on their faces and the things they do.
