Jakey was a great dog. He had a great life and brought us much joy. For the past 4 years Jakey has been suffering and we had done all possible to make him comfortable. I know he is in a better place now but I miss him so much and just want to hold him and kiss him one more time. Tonight will be the first night Jakey hasn't slept with my parents in over 15 years...his little body is buried in the backyard with his blankie and doggie bones. I know he is in Heaven but I wish he was still here with us...
