To my darling Ren

To my darling Ren,

Last monday you died in your sleep at the age of 11, you were a healthy and joyful cat. You died with a "smile" on your face, your skin was already cold when I found you. My God, Ren, I cried my heart out when I saw you lying there...and I cried even harder when I buried you under a blossom tree in the garden at the farm of my parents. Still, when I think of you, my heart really hurts. Your friend and sister, Lucky and Stimpy are very sad, they miss you so much... I miss you so much, you were too young....I know, I must be thankfull that you were not ill, or that I didn't have to take you to the vet to put you asleep or something but still....I still see you, I dream of you and I hope to see you again somewhere in the afterlife...so I can hold you and talk to you like I always did...You were such a bright cat, you always heard me talking to you and saying that you are mummy's dearest and a very handsome cat...It was wonderful to have you and wonderful to take care of you...you gave me so much love, I'll never forget that. Thank you, my dear Ren. Thank you for giving me your unconditional love, your "kisses" when I came home from work, your happiness, your everyday wake-up call, your sweet snoring, your everything what made you my big tomcat, my tough boy, who always wanted to be with me...always drew my attention. I loved to watch you sleeping, you were beautiful in every single way. All those memories, as I write them down, I start crying, cause you are gone, I miss you so much and I hope I made your live worth living...at least I tried. Now I have to get on with life without you and it's hard, so hard. I have your sister and your friend who need me too, we don't feel complete now that you're gone...
Ren, my dearest friend, we miss you like crazy and we hope your golden plate will be filled your favourite food and that you think of us, here crying for you...Love, Mummy, Lucky and Stimpy
