We met each other when you were just 3 weeks old.
You had bright, shiny eyes and fur more white than gold.

You barked at your Daddy while snuggling in Mommy's hair.
We fell madly in love with you right then and there.

Halloween costumes, swimming & golf in the park,
Corn on the cob, Frisbee & Northern Lights in the dark.

You really amazed us in so many ways.
Even said "I LOVE YOU" on really special days.

The movies we've taken, the pictures we've snapped,
It's amazing to see all the happy memories we've trapped.

As time kept moving, our love for you just grew.
It didn't seem like very long before our time with you was through.

For more than 14 years, you were our best friend.
Even though it was for the best, it hurt so much to help you go in the end.

We know you're happy again, you can run, jump and bark.
