I have set up a memorial at the Rainbow Bridge: http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/JORDA009/Resident.htm
And one on Karen's web site:

I have a hard time visiting them because it hurts so bad.
You were the light of my life. You always did all the right things. From the day I got you, until the day I had to let you go, you were very best companion I have ever thought of having.
For 14 years you shared our lives with unconditional love.
Your brother Colt has turned a little gray since you left us 2 months ago. He misses you very much.
Well, it may have been a little too soon, but I have tried to fill the void.
Two weeks ago Derek and I picked up a new Brittany pup. His name is Kimber, and he is a very sweet little guy.
At first Colt seemed to reject him, but now they are doing extremely well together.
The void left when you had to go, will never quite be filled. But Kimber has helped take some of the pain away.
Jordan, I will never forget all the wonderful times we shared together. And can't wait for the day when we can be together again.
I love you Jordan, forever
