Pappy
by Jo Sorenson.........................................
I saved my little Pappy from uncertain death. He was bald and growled and snapped at everyone when I brought him home three and ahalf years ago. All it took was love, understanding and patience. I will miss when we go over my moms house. He would bark and stand on his back legs wanting a treat or food her dogs bowl. He also would get on the table and paw at her to get more food. I will miss him sleeping on my bed, digging at the covers then taking minutes to lay down. He did so many funny things. I will miss his little expressive face and wagging tail.I still have four other dogs, but nobody will ever take his place in my heart. There are so many stories to tell about him. My only solice is that he did not die alone. He died in my arms. I will miss him dearly everyday. So everyone love your pets!!!
