Dear God,
Will you please take care of my Widget? She left me early this morning and is with you in heaven.
I hope that her sisters Amelia and Misty were there to meet her. She is very small and cannot see over a crowded space. You need to know that you should bend down when you first speak to her. She will be frightened if you are very tall.
She needed medication all her life for epilepsy, but I hope you will cure her now.
I miss her very much. She always knew when I needed a friend and would come to me and offer her love and affection.
If she should start spinning in circles she wants to go for a walk or ride. She likes to go outside and find a sunny spot to sleep in. Please find her a warm, sunny spot and let her sleep and dream of me until we meet again.
I am so grateful for that rainy December 26th 2000, when you brought her to me as a rescue. She was starving and I could only get her to eat when I offered her pastrami. We have had pastrami every December 26 since. I am so blessed that you let me have her as my little girl. I wish she could have stayed longer.
I hope you will play with her carefully. She ruptured a disc in her neck, so she should never jump off a couch or bed. Please remind her every day how much Lindy and I loved her.
I am sending a picture so when you see Widget you will know that she is mine. I really miss her.
