My beloved Scooby 
You came into my life
As a blessing from God
When I saw you, I knew
We were meant to be

You rolled on your back
For your belly to be rubbed
You wagged your tail 
And looked at me

I saw in your eyes 
The kindness and love
And to all it was
plain to see

That you are my life

My beloved, Scooby

I see you no more
As I walk through 
this life
For in heaven
with Jesus you live

You run free
and  you play
Without pain
All day long

That I love you so much

forgive me

For not bringing you home
On that terrible day
