No one is ready for there loving pet to pass away. This is the story of Candi Tiger Helke. For 16 short year she was the little sister to Benjiman that went before her to the Rainbow Bridge. She was the guaridan of the house. Ever time I left, She got a treat for the good job I knew she would do taking care of her house while I was away. I told her to "Watch the house good" as if I needed to say it or ever doubted she wouldnt. Not one cat dared walk through the yard once we moved into the house she ran last. I could not have any better friend, companion, and the greatest joyful greeting when I came home no matter how long the day was. She always greeted me with resounding barks to say welcome home or where have you been, or as if she was telling me about her events during the day! Candi was a dog that didnt need to be trained. She was so smart, as her brother Benjiman was. Candi, like Benjiman, never left their unfenced yard, with the exception of a few time to chase a cat that though it was safe on the other side of the street. But mostly they would bark telling the cat to move on, this is their yard! And it will always be.. Candi's yard and Benjiman's yard. She was something so very speical to me. After my Benjiman left for his places in the Rainbow Bridge, Candi seem to look at me and said, dont worry daddy I am here for you and I will love and protect you. She was strong willed and so very well behaved till the end. I got a parting puppy kisses from her before she passed. I learned over and said your daddy is here it will be ok baby, do what you have to do. Gave her on her check right were I always did. She raised her head and returned may kiss with 2 wonderful licks on my check. She knew I was there for her as she had been there for me for so many years. I Love You Candi! I Love You Benjiman. Candi, find your big brother, he will show you the way. You are free from pain and hurt. Go play like the pup you had inside of you until you past on to the Rainbow Bridge. You will never be forgotten. Tear will fall, you will be missed in the most possible way. I write with joyous tears for you Candi. I Love you Baby Girl! You will never leave my heart.
