The Song

I've thought and thought about what I could say on this, the four year anniversary day.

Through these years, you and I have our own special sign, which, as you know, is a song

that lets me know you are still mine.

Whenever I am anxious or blue, you somehow get the radio to play the song which

makes me feel closer to you.

The song, "Unchained Melody", is both sad and comforting at the same time,
and asks if you are still mine.

I know you won't be coming home to me, but with each passing day, as the lonely river flows to the sea,

I'll be closer to coming home to you.

So, please wait for me, wait for me.
