MY Baby !

" Sabastion Forver"
Lost in the dark with no candle left
I lay awake at night remembering your warm fur and paw upon my face
I noticed the food bowl is empty and the water dish has lost your reflection
The clock had stopped on the wall and I knew death was close by
I pleaded with the angels and started to cry
I looked into those green eyes and could slowly see the kitten running away to woods
The adult cat slowly walking up the hill and falling asleep under the clouds of heaven
My soul mate, my pride and joy
Now I sit here just holding your toy's
No light has shun since the day you closed your eye's for the last time
I heard you meow through the busy crowd and felt empty inside
I placed you in a box and covered you with wrapping paper and big red bows
I have to place the Christmas tree up this year, without you this Christmas will be filled with tears
The tinsel will stay on the tree this year and the little ornaments will not be played with
The catnip will stay tucked away in the mouse
There will be a feeling of emptiness in this house
While I stare at your pictures on the wall and wish I could bring you back to us all
I know this can never be my friend
Your furry friends that you left behind but "Sebastian you know you were one of a kind."
I light a candle every night by your picture and imagine us being together again
This hurt and pain will never forget my tuxedo warrior
You saved me when I was down, you wiped my tears with your tail
You cuddled up next to me when I was cold
Now all I have left is your pictures and memories
I hold your memory so tight forever in my heart
I pray for us to meet again, and never be apart
Forever my friend,
I will walk up the hill someday and grab you in my arms
Stare into your eye's and capture the lost time
Sit down and sing to you your favorite little kitty songs and rhymes, but for now I will only hear your sounds through my mind
