It Was a Good Day

It Was a Good Day

Today, the weather was beautiful, and it was sunny and warm. There was a nice breeze, and the sky didn’t have a single cloud in it. I got to spend a lot of time with my family this weekend, and they really love me.

I had to take a bath. It was a quick one, though. I feel good afterwards, but don’t like all that stuff.

We went for a walk, and everyone came with me. We walked every time I wanted to, which was great. I got taco meat in my food for breakfast, and that means it’s a special day.

We went for a car ride three times, and I got to have a hamburger for dinner, with fries. I even got to have some ice cream! We also went to the backyard and sat in the grass because it was such a pretty day. I sure do love to eat!

I got to eat some cheese and snuggle with mom. A lot. We snuggled in the car, on the couch, and on the bed. It was great! I even snuggled with my dad and Jack! He is my friend.

I spent so much time with my family during this summer holiday. I think it’s my favorite. I don’t even mind the fireworks. My little sister got to have fun too. I am going to miss her.

We went to the park, and I got to race a golden retriever. I went as FAST as I could!

I kept falling over, and my back legs hurt. A lady doctor came to our house and helped me go to sleep. She was very kind. I was so relaxed after she gave me the medicine my tongue was sticking out. I’m tired, but I don’t hurt anymore. It was a good day.

“I love you, Rem.”
I love you, too, mom.
