We miss the pitter patter,
Of your little feet,
We miss the way you gave us,
Doggie kisses so sweet.

It's hard to live without you,
We "see" you everywhere.
We even think we hear you,
But you just aren't there.

It's hard to think of "fair time",
And watching the pet parade.
You were very patient,
In those costumes that I made.

We miss the way you loved us,
The way you made us smile.
I guess we will get over this,
But its going to take a while.

You blessed so many people,
You touched their hearts and lives.
We were always very happy,
To have you at our side.

And though you went to heaven,
You still will give us joy,
With all the memories that we have,
Of our precious "little boy".
