Kai was born on a farm in the north of Pretoria South Africa during the cold winter month of June.When he came to us he was sick and frail from being rejected by his mum but fought to live.He was the most beautiful Sharpei that ever walked this planet. He was white like snow with the most gentle and loving eyes and everyone that crossed his path was instantly drawn to his charm.He would hop and jump and run around the yard chasing the birds and catching the flies. He filled our home with such life,love and happiness. After 4 and a half amazing years he developed cancer. We never knew because despite the agonizing pain that he was in, he still ran and played and loved us so unconditionally. His time on this earth was too short and his passing has left us all shattered. It is a loss that is so great and so painful. Our home is no longer the same and everyday is extremely daunting. We loved Kai with every inch of our being. He was not just a dog he was our family, our light and our joy. He will be missed every second of every day and he will never be forgotten but it gives us relief to know that he is free from the pain and sickness that he never wanted us to know. We love you Kai and hope that when it's our time you will be there bright eyed and bushy tailed to welcome us so that we can all be together again.
