When you came into my life you were already Eight
Such a Handsome Guy, I surely took the bait

As Senior Citizens, we were a very good match
How lucky I was to have such a great catch

It took a few months for you to adapt
After all, you had to get your way because you were a Cat

The "Temptations Treats" helped to put you at ease
So did the open windows with Birds in the trees

After each meal a Brushing was your routine
It was off to the Ironing Board where I became the Brushing
Machine

Community Water Bowls you could not stand
so I placed yours on the Washer.......always at your command

A full body massage you often did crave,
with JoAnn's magic fingers making you rave

All your demands seem withered and lost
I'd do these and more whatever the cost

Your Innocence and Friendship were worth every minute
as our Love for you had no limit
