My dear, dear April. You were a beautiful kitty the day we found each other. It was a Good Friday and we knew that it was a good omen and that you would fill our hearts with your love. You brought so
much happiness to your mom and I during the seeimgly short span of your life of 15 years. We were so saddened to watch as you lost more and more weight despite the times we brought you to the vet. He told us that you had a kidney and thyroid problem and we bought the medicine that we hoped would make you better. Alas, it was not to be and as we watched in anguish as your spend a few more years
with us. Finally as you stopped eating entirely, we knew that the time had come. That your little frame could no longer contain the personality that you exhibited so we had to let you go. It was
one of the worse days of our life. We held and kissed you as the vet gave you the injection that would help you leave this world even as we sobbed as we felt your little body go limp. You gave
so much to us and we hope that we were able to provide the same love to you in your sojurn in this world. You are missed so very much. We think of you every day but especially on a sunny day in the
bedroom which was your favorite place to sunbathe. You were and still are our our precious April and your memory will never fade. One day we will al be together again and then our happiness will know
no bounds. Until then, sweet April, goodbye and rest in eternal love and peace.
