Aik wasn't just an ordanary dog he was a part of our family He worked as a K-9 dog with my dad for 12 hours a day. the vet said he had a heart murmer and he also said he could pass away at any time. I came home from school and realized that Aik didn't come to the door like he would do when someone came in the door so I saw my mom on the computer in the den and I asked my mom where Aik was she said that Aik was at the vet's office when I asked why she said he couldn't lay down because if he did it would hurt him. she also said we would get a call from my dad around 5:30 saying if he died or not. Sure enough we got a call around 5:30 saying-you guessed it- that he had died the following morning I drew my dad a picture of him and Aik and labled it dad and Aik. we had a urn made for his ashes the dog cemetary sent us a nice card . so I hope you will keep Aik in your prayers. I never knew what it was like to lose a loved one or a loved pet for that matter untill we lost our beloved Aik.
