To Donna:I know your heart is broken; your girl has gone away
She's gone to Rainbow Bridge my friend
Not in the ground to stay.
She no longer feels fever nor pain
and no longer longs to sleep
Rainbow Bridge - There are no clouds or rain.
I loved my "Lady", Rotty girl, my "Teddy" man
and Ian's Fritzy too
There simply was nothing that anyone could do.
These loving souls, brave and bold
were like a treasure to have and hold
Now they've gone to the Bridge they say
waiting to be with us again one day!
