We grew older together, our weights fluctuated together, our tastes changed, and our routines shifted a little over time but our love only grew stronger.
As I was thinking about it - you brought joy to my grandparents and their fellow nursing home residents - they were born in 1900 and you also brought joy to mommy's beautiful little girls who were born in 2004/7 - you touched sooo many generations and sooo many lives.
Never a mean thought or bad day - injured from chasing raccoons or chipmucks - brush it off - Daddy can and will make it better with time (and many thousands of dollars) - he always has!!! Moving to another house - no problem - where do I go - I love the adventure!!!
This time I could not make it all better Goliath and I miss you sooo much. I do know that time helps hurt heal but you need to know that as your remains are with me now and forever - the hurt I feel will never never truly leave but neither will the joyous memories!!!
Mommy loved you sooo much as well - I cannot even explain how much!!Without her, our long journey would never have had its first step. She is a great mommy and will never let her family forget her beloved Golieth (not a misspelling)
I only bring this story to an end now because of practicality - I could tell stories and tell him I love him for hours and hours.
GeeGee, G-man, G, Goliath, Golieth please rest peacefully, enjoy your beautiful new surroundings, and know that we will be together again - all of us - I love you my poopy friend!!!
