Well here I am again asking for prayer for another stray. This time it is for a very large very thin black dog I have named Mr.Farquire. Everyday when I let my husband out our gate to leave for work Lucy the pit from next door comes over for a doggie cookie. Infact every time she hears my gate move here she comes for a treat. Now Lucy is not hungery she just likes junk food. Well last week I was giving Lucy her treat when this pitiful black dog came running down the road toward us. He was so thin you could see his back bone and his ribs and had sores on his body. i ran back in the house and grabbed some dog food for him. He was so happy to have food. He ate and then went on about his way. The next day he was back so I started to call him Mr. Farquire. I did not see him for a day or two then Sunday he came back holding up his front paw. I fed him and once again he wandered off. We live on a dead end dirt road. The perfect place to dump an unwanted pet. We already have 4 dogs of our own, 3 of which were strays. I can not afford another one. But I wll not let Mr. Farquire go hungery. Right now food and friendship is all I can offer him. He needs so much more. If I call the pound they will just put him to sleep.
I know that prayer can do wonders. So I am reaching out to you for your prayers for this stray. Please pray that God will shine down his love on Mr.Farquire and help find him the home he so greatly needs. So tonight before you go to sleep think about a dog named Mr. Farquire and ask God to send him a loving family.
