Kioko was a stray dog that I found in a rice paddy in Japan. She had 5puppies and as an airline crew we decided to try to save them. We built a shelter for them and set up a schedule that each crew coming in would go visit them and feed them. I kept seeing the puppies disappearing and I finally decided to bring Kioko home to the USA with me. We had 10 wonderful years with Kioko, she was part shiba and she immediately became best friend with our Lab, Macdougal and even adapted to our 2 cats. We miss you Kioko, our darling Japanese dog.LL
