A Tribute to Pigwigon
by Thompsons .........................................
Wiggie was our first parrot. He filled our home withh musical trills, chirps and chatter. He and our TAG used to sit and call each other by name. When bathing him on August 10, 2008 I noticed his abdomen below his keel was distended. A week later he was not doing well, and the vet told us he had a tumor. The options were all horrifically unfair to our little ounce of attitude. However, since we could not alleviate his pain, we chose to have him put to sleep. He died on August 20, 2008. He is buried under our tree with a copy of the parrot's Bill of Rights. Soar high Wiggie! We will listen for your musical trills chirps and chatter.
