I've been through many things before,
(like) when things went amiss...
And I have evern suffered pain,
but never... not like this!!
For someone who was close to me
the bond we had was true...
Has left this earthly world and gone,
gone to be with You.

And in my pain, I ache and grieve
in sorrow I'm downcast...
Yet, I know that even now,
this feeling will not last.

For I am blessed although I morn
with words that need no warning...
(for) Weeping may endure for a night,
but joy comes in the morning.
