Marquessa,my blue point Birman lived with me for 20 years; last month she passed away. She sleeps in the bottom of my garden now, hopefully the daffodils and tulips I planted 2 weeks ago will flower soon. This beautiful, gentle cat,was my faithful companion and even Billy the Bassett knows where she sleeps and visits her daily. I knew some months prior that I was going to lose her, but I had to let her tell me, and the decision broke my heart; she tried but her back and legs were failing, arthritis and not wanting to eat, the incontinence and small accidents were becoming a daily event.Oh Marquessa, I do miss you so much, but we did have a good life together.
