They say the pain will go away tho it may take awhile
They say the time will come when I'll remember how to smile.
They say one day I'll cease to fill the hurt around my heart
When memories unbidden-cause sudden tears to start
They say these things-not knowing, I need to feel the pain
And live within my memories to bring you back again!
